Accommodation terms and conditions

Article 1 Scope of application

  1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts that Kiri no Kōbō (hereinafter referred to as "this facility") concludes with guests shall be pursuant to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall apply. This shall be determined by law or generally established custom.
  2. When this facility accepts a special agreement within the scope of laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence, regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 Application for accommodation contract

  1. Those who wish to apply for an accommodation contract with this facility must provide the following information to the facility.
    1. Guest name and phone number
    2. Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
    3. Accommodation charges (as a general rule, based on the basic accommodation charges in the attached table 1)
    4. Other matters deemed necessary by this facility
  2. If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the reserved date, this facility will treat the request as an application for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made.

Article 3 Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.

  1. The accommodation contract shall be concluded when this facility accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the facility proves that it has not given consent.

Article 4 Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract, right to cancel the contract

  1. This facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract or cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:
    1. When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
    2. When the Guest is deemed to be at risk of committing an act that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation, or when it is deemed that the Guest has committed the same act.
    3. When the guest fails to pay the usage fee to the facility or is late, or when there has been a problem with the facility in the past such as a delay in payment.
    4. When the guest makes a false application when concluding the accommodation contract.
    5. When the person seeking accommodation is involved in any of the organized crime groups specified in the "Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups." Also, when it appears that the person is involved in a similar group or organization.
    6. When the Guest is believed to be a person pursuant to the preceding paragraph, a group or organization that the Facility considers to be a person in the preceding paragraph, a group that uses fraudulent means or intimidation, or is otherwise involved in any of these organizations.
    7. When the person seeking accommodation is wanted, arrested, cleared, prosecuted, or convicted of a criminal offense.
    8. When the person seeking accommodation engages in assault, injury, coercion, intimidation, blackmail, fraud, or similar acts.
    9. When there are other reasons similar to the above.
    10. When it is recognized that the person seeking accommodation is clearly unable to pay the accommodation fee.
    11. When the person attempting to stay overnight is deemed to be acting suspiciously.
    12. When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
    13. When a person seeking accommodation makes violent demands against the facility or a person affiliated with the facility, or demands a burden that exceeds a reasonable range.
    14. When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
    15. When the person seeking accommodation is likely to cause a nuisance to the neighborhood due to drunkenness, etc., or when there is a risk that the person attempting to stay may cause a nuisance to the neighborhood.
    16. Those who intend to stay at the hotel engage in behavior that causes a nuisance to the guests during their stay, such as by singing, making noise, singing, dancing, or playing music.

Article 5: Guest's right to cancel the contract

  1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the facility.
  2. In the event that a guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract for reasons attributable to the guest, this facility will charge a penalty fee in accordance with Appendix 2. However, in the event that this facility has agreed to the special contract stipulated in Article 4, Paragraph 1, this will only apply when this facility has notified the guest of his/her obligation to pay the penalty when he/she cancels the accommodation contract in response to such special contract.
  3. If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation (if the expected time of arrival is specified in advance, 2 hours after that time) without contacting the guest, the facility will may treat the accommodation contract as having been canceled by the guest.

Article 6 Registration of accommodation

  1. Guests must register the following items on the day of their stay.
    1. Name, address, telephone number, gender and age of guests (including roommates)
    2. For foreigners, in addition to the above (i), nationality, passport number, place of entry, and date of entry
    3. For foreign guests who do not have an address in Japan, please present your passport and we will make a copy and save it.
    4. Departure date and scheduled departure time
    5. Other matters deemed necessary by this facility
  2. If the Guest intends to pay the charges in Article 9 using a credit card or other method that can replace Japanese yen, the Guest must present the payment in advance at the time of registration as described in the preceding paragraph.

Article 7 Room usage time

Check-in time for this facility is 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this facility may extend the check-out time until 3:00 p.m. Please ask our staff about the additional charges in this case.

Article 8 Compliance with Terms of Use

Guests must abide by the terms of use established by this facility and posted within the facility while inside this facility.

Article 9 Payment of fees

  1. The details of the accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the guest are as listed in Appendix 1.
  2. Payment for the accommodation fee, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made in Japanese yen or by an alternative method such as a credit card, when requested by the facility.
  3. Even if the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the facility has provided a guest room to the guest and the guest is able to use the room, the accommodation fee will still be charged.

Article 10 Responsibilities of this facility

  1. This facility will compensate the guest for any damage caused to the guest in the performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or as a result of non-performance thereof. However, this does not apply if it is not due to reasons attributable to this facility.

Article 11: Handling when the contracted guest room cannot be provided

  1. If the facility is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, the facility shall promptly notify the guest to that effect.

Article 12 Storage of guest's baggage or personal effects

  1. If the guest's baggage arrives at the facility prior to the guest's stay, the facility will take responsibility for storing the baggage and hand it over to the guest upon check-in only if the facility understands prior to the guest's arrival. Masu.
  2. If baggage or personal effects are left behind at the property after the guest has checked out, the property will, in principle, wait for inquiries from the owner and seek instructions. If there is no instruction from the owner, valuable items will be delivered to the nearest police station within 7 days including the date of discovery, and other items will be disposed of after 3 months. However, food, drinks, cigarettes, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day.

Article 13 Parking Responsibility

  1. If a guest uses the parking lot of this facility (hereinafter referred to as "facility parking lot"), regardless of whether or not the vehicle key is deposited, this facility will rent out the space. , we do not assume any responsibility for managing the vehicle.
  2. Even if the guest uses the parking lot provided by the facility, the facility is not responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur within the parking lot.

Article 14 Responsibilities of Guests

If this facility suffers damage due to the guest's intention or negligence, the guest will be required to compensate the facility for the damage.

Article 15 Disclaimer

  1. The facility is not responsible for any damage sustained by the guest due to intentional or negligent behavior of the guest.
  2. The use of computers, mobile phones, and smartphones for communication from within this facility is at the customer's own risk. If damage is caused to the Company or a third party due to conduct deemed inappropriate by this facility when using a computer, mobile phone, or smartphone communication, the guest will be required to compensate for the damage.

Article 16 Dominant language

Although these Terms and Conditions may be drawn up in a language other than Japanese, if there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the translated text, the Japanese version shall control in all respects.

Article 17 Revision of accommodation terms and conditions

In order to respond to changes in external factors such as economic conditions and related laws and regulations, or if there is a change in the management and operational status of our company, we will revise the contents of these Terms and Conditions, including provisions regarding fees and service content, etc. You must to do something before you go on. In that case, our facility will publish the revised version on our website without delay and clearly indicate the date of the last revision.

  1. If you make a reservation through a travel agency or other means other than direct reservations with this facility, the travel agency's cancellation policy will apply.
  2. If the number of contract days is shortened, a penalty fee of one day (first day) will be collected regardless of the number of days shortened.

Facility Terms of Use

In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests, this facility has established the following terms of use based on Article 8 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions, and we ask for your cooperation.
If you do not comply, we may be forced to refuse your stay or use of the facilities within the facility, and you may be held responsible, so please be especially aware of this.

Matters to be observed when using the site

  1. Please refrain from making loud noises, playing music at high volume, or other actions that may disturb the neighbors. Please be quiet after 8pm.
  2. You can only wear shoes on the dirt floor. Please take off your shoes when entering the living room and Japanese-style room. Please do not bring suitcases with carriers into the Japanese-style room.
  3. Please dispose of garbage according to Kameoka City's garbage classification. Details are available at the facility.Please refer to the separation method. Please take home cardboard, large trash, and diapers.
  4. Do not touch firefighting equipment, etc. unless it is an emergency.

Matters to be observed for fire prevention

  1. Smoking is completely prohibited within the relocation facility and within the relocation grounds.
    If smoking is found within the relocation site or within the relocation site, a cleaning fee of 55,000 yen will be charged separately from the accommodation fee.
  2. Please do not bring or use firearms for heating, cooking, etc. into the facility.
  3. When using the wood stove in the facility or the Goemon bath, please obtain permission from the staff and follow the precautions. If damage or defacement occurs due to use that ignores the precautions, we will charge you for repair and suspension compensation costs.
  4. Please do not do anything that may cause a fire.
  5. Do not touch firefighting equipment, etc. unless it is an emergency.

Matters to be observed for security reasons

  1. When leaving the facility during your stay, please be sure to bring your key with you and make sure it is locked.
  2. Please lock the door when you go to bed.

Acts that should be avoided

  1. Please do not bring anything that may disturb the neighbors.
    1. Things that are unclean or emit a bad odor
    2. Things that are easily ignited or flammable, such as gunpowder and volatile oil
    3. Firearms and swords that are not legally permitted to possess
  2. Please do not bring dogs (excluding guide dogs, hearing dogs, assistance dogs for people with disabilities, etc.), cats, small birds, or other pets.
  3. Please do not engage in gambling, acts that disturb public morals or public order, or engage in behavior that may cause trouble to nearby residents.
  4. Please do not use the facilities and equipment for purposes other than those specified.
  5. Please do not attach foreign objects to buildings or equipment within the facility or perform any processing that would change the current status.

Disclaimer and Liability

  1. The facility is not responsible for any theft or loss of property. In particular, you are responsible for your own valuables and equipment.
  2. The facility will not be held responsible for any malfunction of equipment or facilities, other than to make every effort to repair or restore the equipment or facilities as soon as possible.
  3. The facility is not responsible for any accidents, problems, injuries, or other damages caused by the user's negligence in the facility. Users are responsible for the installation and management of equipment and prevention of accidents during use.
  4. In the event of damage to or loss of buildings, equipment, or fixtures in the facility, the user may be required to compensate for the damage. If you find any damage or loss, please notify the staff immediately.
  5. If you are unable to use the facility due to damage to property, you will be responsible for the total amount of lost income based on the usage fee in addition to the above compensation for damages.

Matters regarding changes to these rules

The contents of these rules are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding and understanding.
